SIGEP Asia is the Asian offshoot of SIGEP (Salone Internazionale della Gelateria, Pasticceria e Panificazione Artigianali), the world-leading trade show for the artisanal gelato, pastry, bakery and coffee supply chain. The 2027 edition returns to the Sands Expo & Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, running 14-16 July 2027, co-located with Restaurant Asia.
